In this daydream, I woke up at a school desk sitting across from my psychology teacher. I remember asking him to diagnose me but, when I tried to answer a question, I started feeling paralysized & mute. Since I'm used to paralysis in dreams, I tried wiggling my toes & fingers as a way to communicate that I was trying to respond. After too much wiggling, I actually woke up from the dream feeling the same numbness in my body.
This dream could reflect a feeling of being stuck or helpless in a particular area of your life, possibly related to your mental health or personal growth. Your psychology teacher may represent a desire for guidance or understanding from an authority figure. However, your inability to communicate your thoughts or feelings in the dream may suggest a fear of being misunderstood or not being able to articulate your needs effectively. The fact that the paralysis sensation followed you into waking life could indicate a need to address any underlying physical or emotional tension that is affecting you. It might be wise to consult with a doctor or therapist to discuss any concerns you may have.
